All of our herd sires have to meet certain criteria before making the breeding line-up. They must come from solid cows that are good footed, top rated udders, easy keeping females that bring in consistent top end calves. The bulls themselves must be structurally correct with a good foot under them, with stretch, a thick hind quarter, square nuts, deep bodied eye appeal with pigment and big hair is important as well. We select hard for traits so our customers can purchase sons and daughters with confidence.

Easily one of the most powerful home grown sires we've ever raised to date. He leaves his stamp on his offspring... big hair, deep sided cattle with strong tops and a big hind quarter like himself.

We purchased this sire out of Doug Mann's dispersal and have been very happy with his offspring. He throws quiet temperament calves that are curve benders with their light birthweight with lots of performance and style.

A red 85G son and out of one of our top cows, a 334A daughter that Ken Rutledge raised. We used 26L as a yearling and we are very happy with his first set of calves. He is a long heavy muscled, well balanced bull with a quiet disposition, perfect feet, and has always been one of our top picks since he was a calf.

This big soggy made bull has always caught our eye, we are excited for his first calves this spring. With a strong maternal line and the 334A on the top there should be lots of performance and stretch in his calves.

35J was purchased from Pahl Livestock in 2022 to use on our second calves. He is out of Scotts famous Becky cow and with his smooth made style, stretch and pigment he worked well for us, leaving top end replacement females.

We've been fortunate to heavily use this bull of Ken Rutledge's the past few years. He's a really good footed, long bodied bull that throws a ton of performance into his calves. The natural muscle and shape that he puts on his calves is hard to beat.

A proven heifer bull that we raised who goes back to our famous 141W cow. Not only is he an easy calver, the replacement females should be tremendous.

High seller of the 2025 Calgary Bull Sale, an 85G son that we fell in love with and had to have. Big Sam as we call him is so good footed, has a huge hind quarter that carries down, extra length of rib and is so well balanced and for such a big bull he just puts it all together so well. We cannot wait to see his first calf crop this spring.

Purchased from Arey Herefords out of the 2024 Medicine Hat Bull Sale, 66K is a long, deep bodied, wide topped bull with good hair and pigment. We are really happy with his first set of calves so far.

A home raised sire out of Sire OVM 67H purchased with Rutledge Herefords from Church Ranch in the 2022 Calgary Bull Sale. And out of a no miss cow purchased from Crone Herefords. We are really excited for the females out of this bull!

Purchased from the Bost Land & Cattle production sale in 2025, this bull goes back to our 2021 Calgary Bull Sale Champion. Wanting to put some more 33A females back in our herd we sought out a son with just as strong of a maternal side. We are excited for his first crop of calves spring 2026.

Out of 156F son of 334A that we raised, and top cow 416E who is a moderate frame female with a real nice udder and raises herd bull after herd bull. 52J has a dog quiet temperament, a big square foot under him and a big square hind quarter, with a ton of length. He throws his stamp on his calves.

A Dozer grandson and out of a top 680Y mother, that really checks a lot of boxes with his quiet disposition, structure, pigment, volume and has been the most consistent polled breeding bull we've used to date. He really throws his mark on his offspring.
